Mexican Street Corn seasoning is a robust and earthy blend with a sweet heat, also called elote (pronounced eh-LO-tay) or street corn seasoning.  Great on your corn on the cob! Grill corn and then brush with mayonnaise, sprinkle generously with Mexican cheese(cotija) and our Mexican corn seasoning, chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice for a real treat or simply brush with melted butter and add seasoning. This seasoning can also be used in a charred corn salad on grilled vegetables like zucchini or mixed in mashed potatoes.
